Once you get SIP under your belt, the rest is easy. Kerio Operator lets you choose the deployment that works best for you. With the convenience of either software or hardware, you can install the bootable ISO image or the VMware virtual appliance on your choice of hardware, or choose one of the performance optimised, ready to run, Kerio Operator Box hardware appliances. Then connect Kerio Operator to the outside world over existing E1/T1/EuroISDN/analog lines or via a SIP service provider, configure your preferred SIP phones, and your set.
Easy Asterisk administration
Kerio Operator is based on Asterisk and is configured completely through an easy-to-use web browser interface. From anywhere in the world, you can log in and manage users, extensions, call routing,call pickup, conference calls, call queues, auto attendant scripts, ring groups, BLF Support, voicemail settings, etc. You can also use the web-based interface to view reports on system health and detailed usage statistics. Forget about expensive phone experts. You can manage this VoIP phone system as easily as any other Kerio product. Even better, you can remotely monitor the Kerio Operator server via SNMP to retrieve information about server utilisation and performance, thus having comprehensive live overview of the phone system status.Built-In DHCP server functionality makes it easy to assign IP addresses to VoIP devices.

Kerio Operator's state-of-the-art security features protect the system from being misused, thus saving costs. Password guessing protection and anomalous behavior detection give the administrator effective tools to keep unwanted "visitors" outside.
