The Douglas Stewart Company to Distribute Kerio Technologies’ Products to the Education Market
The Douglas Stewart Company will distribute Kerio Technologies’ Internet messaging and firewall software products for small to medium sized networks in K-12 and higher education institutions.
Madison, WI —The Douglas Stewart Company (DSC), a leading provider of software and peripherals to the education market, announced today that it will distribute Kerio Technologies’ Internet messaging and firewall software products for small to medium sized networks in K-12 and higher education institutions.

Kerio MailServer 6 is the first messaging server to meet the needs of this market when it comes to collaboration. It features the Kerio Outlook Connector, allowing companies to use Microsoft Outlook for sharing and synchronizing calendars, contacts and tasks.
To ease migration from Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000 and 2003, Kerio MailServer includes the helpful Kerio Exchange Migration Tools that move all user data, email, calendars and tasks from Microsoft Exchange to Kerio MailServer. Unlike Exchange, Kerio MailServer 6 runs on Linux and Mac OS X in addition to Windows, making it an attractive alternative for any academic institution.
Kerio WinRoute Firewall sets new standards in versatility, security and user access control. It defends against external attacks and viruses and can restrict access to Web sites based on their content. Kerio WinRoute Firewall is scalable up to several thousand users and works with DSL, cable, ISDN, satellite, dial-up or wireless Internet connections.
