He brings more than 12 years of senior management experience in sales, business development, marketing, operations, and finance. Prior to joining Kerio Technologies, Mr. Schreiman was vice president and director of knowledge management for Wells Fargo PCS, where he led the rollout of innovative distance learning and communications technologies to the division's 6,000 employees. He was the co-founder of MovieWeb.com, a leading film entertainment portal and the CEO of Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd.'s U.S. operating subsidiary. Mr. Schreiman holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Claremont McKenna College.

Dusan Vitek
VP, Worldwide Marketing

As vice president of Worldwide Marketing of Kerio Technologies, Inc., Mr. Vitek is responsible for Kerio’s brand management, corporate, product, and partner marketing worldwide. Since 2001, he has successfully led the global marketing team based in the U.S., Czech Republic and United Kingdom. Mr. Vitek has effectively launched Kerio’s messaging and internet security product lines supporting thousands of organisations. He was instrumental in shifting Kerio’s focus from SOHO to SMB market. Mr. Vitek has created a strong channel marketing program and continues to direct the marketing initiatives that support more than 500 resellers in 80 countries.

He brings more than ten years of experience is sales, marketing management and market research. Prior to joining Kerio, he co-founded Advico Media, a high-tech PR agency. He has held several account management positions with market research and advertising agencies, including McCann-Erickson. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Economics Prague in the Czech Republic.

James Gudeli
VP, Business Development

As vice president of Business Development, James Gudeli oversees global management of sales and technology partnerships for Kerio Technologies, Inc. As a member of the worldwide management team, he works closely with the sales and marketing departments to develop strategic channel and technology relationships that promote the adoption of Kerio’s messaging and security solutions. James joined Kerio in 2002 to manage channel sales, achieving triple digit growth in his first year.

Previously, he held sales positions with database vendor FileMaker, Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank. James earned a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from San Jose State University.

Jiri Masa
VP, Software Development

As vice president of software development, Jiri Masa directs Kerio's product development teams based in Pilsen, Czech Republic. He is the team lead responsible for delivering Kerio's technology roadmap for security and messaging product lines, as well as the information technology infrastructure. He manages company development, oversees project management, and software quality assurance.

Bringing more than 20 years of software development experience, Jiri joined Kerio in May 2006 from ANF Data, part of Siemens AG. He was managing the department responsible leading client software development of IMS system IP-based Multimedia System. He also led a development team for a UK-based IT services company Logica CMG. Jiri holds a Master’s degree in Theoretical Mathematics, Computer Science, Systems Theory, and Faculty of Natural Sciences from the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.

Alan Hughes
CFO and Managing Director, Kerio Technologies UK

As Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director, Alan Hughes oversees global financial management of Kerio Technologies, Inc. and manages sales operations as well as marketing in the Western European region. Based in the Cambridge office, Mr. Hughes manages the teams in the United Kingdom and its day-to-day operations of Kerio Technologies, UK Ltd.

Mr. Hughes has more than 20 years of experience in financial management. He has been with the company since February 2006, managing the budget, the financial reporting systems on a global basis as well as Kerio’s Western Europe business. Previously, he was the financial controller of the $25 million UK-based Microscopy Division of Bio-Rad, a large life science and clinical diagnostics company. He is a fellow of ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in the United Kingdom.

Jozef Belvoncik
Senior VP and Managing Director, Kerio Technologies Czech Republic

As senior vice president of Eastern Europe and managing director of Kerio Technologies, s.r.o in the Czech Republic, Mr. Belvoncik is responsible for the financial performance of Kerio’s Czech Republic business unit and Kerio’s office in Moscow, Russia. He oversees the business operations for entire Central and Eastern European region. In this role, he leads several departments charged with marketing, business development, sales, operations and financial management in Kerio’s Czech office in Pilsen, where the company originated in 1997. Mr.Belvoncik joined the company in July 2006 as managing director.

For more than 15 years, Mr. Belvoncik has managed sales, marketing, finance and management in the high tech industry. Previously, he held lead sales and marketing roles for eight years at Microsoft in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Before Kerio, he co-founded a marketing consultancy Andstrøm & Goldstein, which later became a part of the McCann-Erickson advertising agency. He earned a degree in the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology from the Department of Management at Slovak Technical University in Bratislava.

Steven Weinberg
VP, Legal Affairs

As vice president of Legal Affairs, Steven Weinberg oversees global corporate governance and all legal matters for Kerio Technologies, Inc. He directs HR, multinational transactions, and corporate policy for Kerio’s global offices. Mr. Weinberg brings more than 15 years of operations and management experience in a large international organisation and 8 years of legal experience advising global corporate clients in M&A, transactional, employment and corporate practice.

Previously, Mr. Weinberg was an associate at the San Francisco office an international law firm where he counseled clients on international human resources issues, global transactions, and privacy and data protection. His previous experience also includes membership in one of the largest law firms in Asia, handling foreign investment, corporate and employment matters.

Mr. Weinberg holds a JD from The Catholic University of America, School of Law and earned a BA in History and Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
